This genteel neighborhood is also home to some of San Francisco’s most beloved and beautiful landmarks, including Grace Cathedral and the Fairmont Hotel. Huntington Park, a popular spot for dog-owners, young families and other locals, is right across the street from the cathedral. You can dine at restaurants in the neighborhood or walk downtown for many additional choices. If you’re not up for tackling those hills, just hop a cable car or bus.
