Like the Excelsior area, Silver Terrace is slowly transforming into a desirable place to live. The neighborhood’s Marina-style and Victorian homes are being restored and modernized, courtesy of renovation and remodeling projects. There are also a number of small, independently owned restaurants and other businesses throughout Silver Terrace.
